  Susan T. Oliver

Susan T. Oliver  

Susan T. Oliver has been involved in Community Association Management for over twenty years. She began her career as the President of a self managed Association, and after five years of experience and training she founded our organization. In addition, she has been a Council Member of the Sacramento Mediation Center. Her role helped shape the training program of the mediation process. She is also an active member of CACM, ECHO and CAI. She holds the following designations: CCAM, CACM, AMS, and PCAM.  Susan enjoys keeping active in her career, watching her children grow and traveling to new places.  Oliver Management was awarded "Management Company of the Year" in 2007 and 2009 from the Northern CA CAI chapter.

Meet Our Management Team

  Kelly Avery

Association Manager

Kelly Avery is a valued member of the OMNI Team. She has a over a decade experience in community management. She began her career as an assistant manager and quickly progressed to community manager. She has worked with new developments and mature communities. Her goal is to work as a team with the board to achieve great results. She is an active member of CAI. CAI's Northern CA Chapter awarded Kelly "Manager of the Year" for 2009. Kelly was nominated by community leaders in her communities. Kelly certainly well deserved the award.

  Pat Gromer

Association Manager

Pat Gromer has been with OMNI since September 2007. She is not new to the Community Association Management industry.  She is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) with 6 years experience in addition to 30 years of supervision/management and customer service experience.  Pat believes in developing a partnership with her Board of Directors and that constant communication is vital to the mutual success of any community.  She is an active member of CACM and CAI.  Pat actively voluteers on the Norther CA CAI Chapter's education committee to help volunteer leaders obtain training and advice. Pat is married with a daughter and three grandchildren.

  Laura Young

Association Manager


Laura Young has been with OMNI since 2007.  She has over 19 years of Management and Customer Service experience. One of Laura's clients expressed their gratitude for Laura's hard work by saying, "Laura is the kind of manager who gets things done with a smile on her face and a heart of gold. We appreciate her hard work and determination". In 2009 Laura was awarded OMNI's "Manager of the Year" award. She was nominated by four Board Members within her community management portfolio. We are proud of Laura's accomplishments.

Rikki Richter

 

Association Manager

Rikki is an association manager with a "can do" attitude. She finds the solutions to the most difficult problems. Rikki is a team player in and out of the office. Rikki's clients feel her communication skills are what make her so successful at managing their communities. OMNI clients value her calm and committed approach.

  Alissa Landeros

Office Manager

 

Alissa Landeros has been with OMNI for a number of years and has been an asset to our administrative staff and Management Team.   Alissa started with OMNI as an administrative assistant and quickly moved to lead admin and she is currently the Office Manager. Clients as well as vendors appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help solve any problem.  Alissa and her husband Tony enjoy spending time with their family.

 Kamma Dunning

Controller

 

Kamma's attention to detail and enthusiasm for her job make her an asset to OMNI. She is an expert in extracting data to create special reports for our clients. She is an advocate for "doing what is right, for all the right reasons". OMNI clients find Kamma to be responsive and easy to work with. We are proud to have her on our team to best serve our clients financial needs. Kamma likes to spend time with her dogs, Lucky and Daisy, after a long day of number crunching.

  Daniela Davila  

Staff Accountant

 

Daniela is dedicated to providing accurate and clear financial reports for OMNI's clients. She has accelerated skills in problem solving and is continually working on processes to make the financial reporting more efficient.

  Tonya Kalvass  

Accounting Assistant

 

Tonya is a licensed notary with experience in real estate and investment property. Prior to joining the OMNI team Tonya was a Realtor in Placer County for 6 years. Oliver Management clients appreciate Tonya's responsiveness and dedication to hard work. Tonya and her family are growing, she is expecting a second little one soon.
